Prayer Is... How To Talk To God
Most teenagers have a largely non-existent relationship with prayer.
They are somehow incredibly familiar with the concept of prayer yet largely unfamiliar with the practice of prayer. This series hopes to change that.
Perhaps the reason prayer is such a difficult practice for teenagers lies in some fundamental misunderstandings what prayer is, and how one participates. Ask a teenager to answer the question, “What is prayer?” and you will almost certainly get a variation of “Talking to God” as the answer. Yes, prayer is talking to God, but it’s SO much more than that! Prayer is all sorts of amazing things, and this series will look at four attributes of the incredible privilege God has given each of us.
